Hunterdon Academy of the Arts offers instruction in drums and percussion for students of all ages and abilities, including beginners drum lessons. For young children, we generally recommend group class instruction, before moving on to private lessons.
Group classes are available in various formats. For some of these classes, students DO NOT need to own an instrument.
Private lessons are available in 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute formats. Request a Free Trial Drum Lesson! Students taking private lessons should
own, or have regular access to, a suitable instrument for practice purposes. Instruments can be purchased from our local retail partner, CrossBorder Music.
