Karen Cubberly
Karen Cubberly graduated with a degree in Music Education from Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey.) She taught band and general music at all levels for eight years in the New Jersey Public School System.
After having a child she worked at a private school for multiply disabled children where she created “Books Alive,” a musical journey through stories. Ms. Cubberly currently performs children’s concerts and musical birthday party entertainment, and is very excited to bring her “Books Alive” class for special needs children to the Hunterdon Academy of the Arts. She joined our faculty in 2008.
