Daniel Hallford
Born in Colorado, Daniel Hallford studied guitar under Alex Komodore at Colorado State University. In addition to being a finalist in the Denver Classical Guitar Society's Debut Competition in 2007, he has performed at diverse venues throughout the United States.
Mr. Hallford has also been active as a music, theater and dance critic for the Rocky Mountain Collegian, a daily paper at Colorado State University. Moreover, he had a distinguished tenure as a classical and rock disc jockey at KCSU-FM, a radio station serving Colorado and the world across the internet. Living in New York, Mr. Hallford teaches at the Amadeus Conservatory of Music while studying under Michael Newman at Mannes College of Music in New York City. He joined the faculty of Hunterdon Academy of the Arts in 2008.
