Valentina Jotovic
Executive Director
Valentina, Executive Director of Hunterdon Academy of the Arts and a licensed Kindermusik teacher, received her Master's degree at Mason Gross School of the Arts (Rutgers University), majoring in flute performance.
At Mason Gross, she studied with Bart Feller, the principal flutist of New Jersey Symphony and New York City Opera. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in music from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and has also studied at the Franz Liszt Conservatory in Budapest, Hungary.
She has extensive experience working with children, taught ethnic music in her home country and worked as a music editor and reporter for the Serbian National Television. Valentina has performed with the Rutgers University Orchestra, Hunterdon Symphony, New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra, and various chamber groups and ensembles in the area. She teaches flute and voice at HAA.
