Nilufer Ozturk
Nilufer Ozturk holds a BA in art pedagogy from OMU University in Samsun,
Turkey. Her professional training includes painting, drawing, sculpture,
graphic arts, three-dimensional art, studio photography, music, and early
childhood psychology. Ms. Ozturk’s teaching credentials are quite
substantial. Over the past 15 years, she has taught art classes at various
elementary and middle schools in Instanbul, Turkey.
More recently, she taught acrylic painting at Patrick McGaheran Elementary School in Clinton Township, and volunteered at Hunterdon Museum of Art. An accomplished artist, she has been painting for 20 years and has had her work featured in numerous exhibitions. In 2001, she won second prize in the Hunterdon Museum of Art Members Exhibition.
