Registration and Class Schedules

To access the forms for class schedules and registration applications, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, free software from Adobe. You can download it free from Adobe here.

To register, download and print out below Registration Form, fill in information on the first two pages, sign at the bottom, and return to the address provided.  When registering multiple students, please fill out the Sibling Registration Form (p. 5).  Keep additional pages for your reference, and call for fee information.

Our program is large, and we offer numerous classes throughout the week. Before registering, it is always advisable to call the studio (908 782-4943) for availability. We will be happy to guide you through the registration process and advise you on the choices that best fit your needs.
