SMS Communications and Marketing Policy
COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS: We (“Hunterdon Academy of the Arts LLC,” “HAA”) collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during transactions, inquiries, or when you sign up for our promotional messages. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages either during a phone or in-person conversation or by opting in to SMS on a website form and providing your phone number.
USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with personalized services, updates, and promotional offers. These text messages may relate to our products, services, discounts, or any updates that we think may interest you. We may also provide special discounts or offers through SMS messages. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We currently use Salesmessage and Ring Central to send all SMS communications to users who have opted in.
OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by -Texting STOP to opt-out -Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out -Texting CANCEL to opt-out -Texting QUIT to opt-out Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
PRIVACY OF PHONE NUMBERS Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.
ACCESS TO PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS You do not need to sign up for SMS Messages to receive information about current promotions. Current promotions are also shared via email and social media posts.

Anti-Spam Policy
This sets forth our policy in regard to the use of "Spam" marketing techniques in connection with internet marketing. In the event that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we may revoke your membership rights and close any active account.
We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid sending of unsolicited mass e-mails or e-mails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products, and services.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs "for cause" if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation, pending review upon receipts of any complaint or any evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.
We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you transmit directly or indirectly e-mail messages to any e-mail address that has not solicited such e-mail and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards and chat rooms.
