Craig received his Master of Music in Piano Performance from CUNY Brooklyn College where he studied with internationally acclaimed pianist Jeffrey Biegel and graduated summa cum laude.  He also holds a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition from Westminster Choir College where he had the opportunity to perform at various venues such as the Carnegie Hall and the Kimmel Center.  During his time at Westminster Choir College, he studied keyboard harmony and composition under Stefan Young, a pupil of the renowned teacher Nadia Boulanger.   Craig studied piano privately for eleven years with Romanian concert pianist Georgiana Rosca, Princeton NJ, who continues to be an important mentor.  His performances have included many of the great works of Chopin, Beethoven and others.  Craig is an experienced performer and accompanist, having served at various schools and churches.  Most recently, he served as the accompanist at Legacy High School in Bismarck, North Dakota where he was also selected to be the accompanist for the All-State choir festival.  As a teacher, Craig strives to provide students with an enjoyable learning experience and a love for music, while equipping them with the technique and musicianship necessary to accomplish their goals.  Craig is excited to be joining the faculty at Hunterdon Academy of the Arts!
