Timothy C.
Timothy Maureen Cole (Ms. Timmie to her students) is a voice instructor, youth theater director and musical director with over a decade of experience working with students of all ages. She holds a Master of Music in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Ithaca College. She has taught in both private and collegiate settings, including Horry Georgetown Technical College and James Madison University.
Timothy is passionate about directing youth theater and creating engaging, supportive environments where students can grow as performers and individuals. She has led numerous productions, guiding young artists through the full creative process while building confidence, collaboration, and stage skills. Some of her favorite youth productions she has directed include Mary Poppins JR, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, and Matilda JR.
As a performer, Timothy has appeared throughout New York and New Jersey in opera, musical theater, and concert work, including the Midtown International Theatre Festival and Symphony Space. She is dedicated to helping students develop strong vocal technique and a lifelong love of the performing arts.
