Student of the Month: Carolo Pascale, Guitar

Hi my name is Carolo Pascale. I am 14 years old and a student at YOUniversity of Music and Arts/Hunterdon Academy of the Arts. I currently study guitar with my teacher Sam Borello. Before Sam I studied with Jim Scanlan. What I like about playing guitar is that it gives me a chance to express myself. I also like to try and learn songs that I like, and that I think are challenging. I’ve been at HAA since age 5. In the almost ten years here, I started in the early childhood music program and have since studied keyboard and guitar. I like being a student at HAA because all the teachers and staff are helpful and kind. Also with the addition of the jam sessions last year, I have been able to meet and play with other people. Classic rock and Alternative rock are the two music styles I like to listen to. After graduating high schoool I plan to continue playing music, but I don’t know if I will make it a career. I  also play travel soccer and I like to watch and play hockey.
